The Kids to Farm website (‘website’) is provided and administered by NSW Farmers Association (NSWFA). The website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis to connect school students with agricultural experiences.
These are the conditions subject to which NSWFA provides the website.
By clicking the “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the site” you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
NSWFA may amend these terms and conditions at any time. All users of the website must accept these terms and conditions before submitting any online request forms. These terms and conditions supersede and replace any terms of use you may have previously accepted governing your use of the website.
Through the website, NSWFA provide an online platform through which teachers and educators can connect with agricultural education experiences such as excursions, farmer visits, or resource kits.
NSWFA will take reasonable care in providing information through the website, however it does not warrant that the website is error free or that any defects will be rectified. This website is provided ‘as is’. NSWFA does not accept liability for any loss, damage, cost of indirect loss or any loss of profits, data or revenue that could arise as a result of your use of the website. Information supplied in the farm profiles is not the responsibility of NSWFA or its employees. Issues with accuracy and validity of the information should be directed to the appropriate farmer.
All intellectual property, including copyright and trademark in the website is the property of NSWFA or its licensors. You may make temporary copies necessary to browse the website and to download and/or print such forms or user guides that are provided for your use unless otherwise stated.
The website is free of charge and NSWFA does not accept or facilitate any payment for making an excursion reservation. NSWFA will not take, handle or mediate any complaints regarding any visit except so far as it relates to obtaining feedback on the provision of the website.
NSWFA’s privacy practices are regulated by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
NSWFA will only collect personal information necessary for the operation of the organisation and the website. In the case of an excursion booking, visitors who submit an online request for excursion form consent to that information being provided to the farmer identified to facilitate the making of a reservation.
