Kids to Farms has developed a large database of farms that are able to host school excursions. These farms can offer a wide range of agricultural-based experiences to primary and secondary schools across NSW to help students develop their understanding of food and fibre production systems.
All farms have provided the required paperwork (risk assessment, insurance, and WWCC) for NSW Department of Education excursion standards. Kids to Farms works with each farmer to ensure opportunities are NSW syllabus-linked, maximizing the benefit for both students and teachers.
By offering these experiences, Kids to Farms hopes to improve students’ understanding of our agricultural production systems and the multitude of opportunities available in those industries.
To inquire about any of these opportunities, please fill out the form on the Bookings page. You are also welcome to contact any farm directly, by using the contact details on their individual page.
