Camel Milk NSW is a licensed camel dairy in the Hunter Valley and the only camel dairy in NSW. Students can learn about camels in Australia and the products they produce.
Camel Milk NSW is the place to bring your students if you want to learn about a very unique production system. With something happening all year round, bring your students along to learn about these beautiful creatures, and how camel milk production happens. Your students will be able to feed and pat these gentle giants, and learn about how they survive in the desert as well as their history in Australia.

  • Farm activities: Pat and feed camels, learn about milking a camel and camel milk products, as well as taste some camel milk! Students will learn about camels survival mechanisms and how they came to be in Australia, as well as some other parts of the farm system such as irrigation, haymaking and organic farming.
